Globalview with European Group15/01/2018
Globalview President, Eng. Bader Basalma, met the European Group of Yemen today in Amman, Jordan, to discuss the ways of cooperation between the two parties.
During the meeting of the Development Leaders in Amman, Jordan, Eng. Basalma met the Ambassador of the European Group, Ms. Antonia, and explained the stable situations in Hadramout and the achievements done in the fields of security, stability and providing the basic services for citizens. Since Hadramout is one of the governorates emerged from conflicts, the Local Authority as well as the citizens are working hardly and effortlessly to strengthen the stability in the governorate. The governorate also worked on the developmental projects and 2018 is considered a year of development as been announced by the Local Authority represented by the Governor.
The Ambassador praised the announcement of Hadramout Governor, Maj. Gen. Faraj Salmin Al-Bahsani, as 2018 the year of youth empowerment.
Eng. Basalma, Globalview President, presented the works done by Globalview for Peace and Development and the future plans put to be implemented. He also explained the activities and programs done by the foundation in the fields of strengthening the stability in the governorates emerged from conflicts, the workshops that were held and the developmental programs that were prepared for the needs of the citizens.
Ms. Antonia praised the efforts done by Globalview in the governorate within this short period.
By her side, Ambassador Antonia of the European Group explained that there are three programs are to be implemented in Yemen by the European Group. The first one is in the field of Local Authority, the second is in the field of strengthening the stability in the governorates and the third one is in the field of achieving the democracy and human rights.
The meeting ended with agreement to discuss the projects presented by Globalview and to see the ways of cooperation between the two parties, European Group and Globalview for Peace and Development, in the coming period.
